Cancellation

We allow order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the cancellation is made, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required. Please do not send the product to the manufacturer.
Only one shipping charge will apply, including return shipping. No restocking fee will be applied for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.
